I found my Erdős number—and it is 4.

A shortest-path check of the publication graph found a route one step shorter, linking my IEEE VR paper with Bo Han to Paul Erdős through four coauthorships.

Einstein's two-step route

Albert Einstein coauthored A Generalization of the Relativistic Theory of Gravitation, II with Ernst G. Straus in 1946. Straus also published with Paul Erdős, including On a Problem in Combinatorial Geometry. That gives Einstein an Erdős number of 2.
